What is a Live Worship Service like?

At Beulah Heights First Pentecostal Church, worship is key as it prepares us to enter into the presence of the Lord. We use song, dance, music as well as technology (i.e. video presentations) to worship God and teach His word. We worship the Lord according to the scriptures Psalm150: 1-6. We believe that the Lord inhabits the praises of his people, so we enjoy a lively worship experience filled with music and praise. Our Praise team, with our gifted musicians and songstresses, minister each Sunday through song and music. They allow the Holy Spirit to flow through them as they minister to the congregation and lead us in worship. Our Chosen Praise Dance Ministry uses physical movement set to music to worship the Lord and usher the congregation into His presence.

We invite all to join us as we praise the Lord and usher in His presence during our worship services. At Beulah Heights First Pentecostal Church we strive to “Make a Joyful Noise Unto Lord.” Come join us and experience the life changing power of Praise and Worship according to: Psalm 100:1-4

Will I be asked to give an offering?

You are welcome to give a free-will offering but not expected to give an offering at Beulah Heights. The Tithes and Offerings portion of our service is a time of celebration and to honor God with the fruits of our labor. Our members are excited to give as part of their commitment to God and the church, according to the scripture Luke 6:38.

What if I would like prayer?

Here at Beulah Heights we have intercessory prayer before each service. We pray corporately on Monday evenings at 7:30pm and Wednesday evenings at 7:00. An invitation is given after each service for those who are in need of salvation or prayer to come forward and be prayed for by a member of our intercessory prayer team. If you wish, you may also send prayer requests through the SUBMIT PRAYER REQUEST tab on our website or call the church office. Your prayer request will be forwarded to one of our ministry leaders.

How do I become a member?

Beulah Heights Church welcomes all who are interested in becoming a member. Initially an individual would meet with the Pastor, Bishop Theodore L. Brooks, Sr. to discuss membership. Once the meeting is complete the new member will be welcomed as a member of the church.
